Character: Armen Moonshadow
Location: Ashenvale
Race: Night Elf
Class: Rogue
Description:
Armen Moonshadow was once a happy husband and father. His family went on a trip of Darkshore without him one day, and he soon ventured there himself in the company of a Highborne mage visiting Darnassus. He returned to Terridesal blind, quiet, and soon left once again. He forsake his old warrior skills and began to study the techniques of the rogues. He has a uscular build, dark purple skin, dark hair and some scruff. A blindfold covers his face where his eyes once were. His weapons of choice are two cutlasses.
Armen sat in silent meditation next to a small pond. He was just a few feet away from a road, but it was a road no one often traveled through. He was alone here, alone with the sounds and smells of the forest. The birds and other small creatures around. It was almost peaceful, but Armen himself was at anything
but
peace.

"And you may call me... Malice," Malice answered, repeating the human's gesture. "And how exactly may I be of service?"

"The street is for the transactions of fools and thugs my dear. Perhaps we should adjourn to a nearby inn or similar establishment offering more privacy for our conversation. My treat, your choice." Faust said with a cryptic grin, gesturing for Malice to lead on.

"Of course," Malice replied with a laugh. "Though I am certain that you know this city better than I. Perhaps you should lead."

Faust grinned indulgently and, with a crooked finger, led the way to a nearby shady looking inn. "Secrets are kept best amongst those who have their own." He said in explanation before leading the way into the seedy looking inn, pulling up one of the more luxurious tables with a flash of gold to the innkeeper.

"I suppose that is true," Malice nodded, sitting down at the table. "Now, let us get down to business, shall we? It seems I already have a competing offer," she stated, holding up her letter. "Now let me here what you have to say."

Faust peered at the letter from across the table, green eyes gleaming in the light as his grin widened.
"Oho! A tempting offer and I know something of such. Mine is far more mundane in comparison but let me try regardless." Faust uttered mildly, holding out his fist and opening it with a puff of purple smoke revealing a small black box etched with arcane runes.
"I require this delivered to a most anxious fellow near Felfire hill in Astrannar. And an individual with your abilities would prove far more capable than the postman I believe." Faust explained pleasantly.

"Sounds easy enough," Malice replied, her strangely unnatural grin never leaving her face. "And what precisely to you have to offer for such a task?"

"Though likely that I could offer you anything you desired within a certain degree of reason I'm afraid I offer it only in exchange for a far higher price. Nevertheless, if material gain peaks you interest I can offer you gold or some sort of exchange. Provided you can, of course, supply me with an inkling of whatever the latter may be." Faust answered, matching her grin with his own sharptoothed one.

"Mmm," Malice murmured, pondering the offer. "While normally I would tell you that gold is of no use to me, at this time I do have some need of it. Ship fares and the like are not cheap, after all," she laughed quietly. "I am headed to Jaedenar to investigate the sender of this letter. I will make a stop at Felfire Hill on the way. Since it will be some time before I return here, I would request at least partial payment in advance."

"That would be agreeable. I feel I must ask, however, for you to sign a contract for the usual things like transaction purposes, records, ensure we follow through, insurance, penalties..." Faust's grin sharpened at the last word momentarily before resuming its normal demeanor. "It is a rather valuable item you understand and could be abused in less certain hands." He explained.

"Of course," Malice answered, still staring at Faust as if he were prey. "I would simply
hate

Richard stopped shooting when he heard someone shouting and looked to see one of the troggs was screaming and pointing to where Richard was hiding. He killed the trogg as soon as possible but it was to late as the others started to charge towards his position. The first of the troggs reached the base of the mountain and was torn to pieces as a landmine exploded. "There not the brightest of the bunch." Richard said as he reached into one of his satchels and lobbed a grenade down at the ones that got pass his mines.

"Then we understand each other." Faust agreed, matching her smile with his own. With a flick of his wrist and another cloud of smoke a scroll appeared in his hands.
"If you would just sign here." Faust indicated a single line on the bottom of the page with a small pen with a purple bauble on the top. "We can complete our transaction."

"Excellent," Malice smirked, taking the pen and sloppily scrawling the word "Malice" on the paper. "Most excellent. Might we then move on to payment? After all, I shall have need of coin to pay the fare to Kalimdor."

"Naturally." Faust agreed, snatching up the contract, the paper vanishing in a cloud of smoke. Wiht that he reached across the table infornt of her and shook his arm, gold coins spilling out of the sleeve in a stream of gleaming metal. When a sizable pile was created the flow of money petered out. The man gave his arm a quick shake, dislodging several more coins to clink onto the pile and withdrew.
"Do you require a bag?" He asked with a large grin.

"Till next we meet." Faust cheerily waved as she exited. He sighed once alone, cupping his grinning visage into his hand. "Ah, what an interesting woman. Too bad she came second, she could have been interesting."
"But then again," Faust said with a widening grin, showing off inhumanly long sharp teeth as his lips pulled back, "regicide does have its moments too." Faust chuckled darkly, the shadows of the booth enveloping him like a shroud as a wind came from nowhere to blow out the lantern illuminating his table, mocking laughter petering out amongst the darkness until it was gone.
