Welcome back, =)
Imp. Taunt is used for regaining aggro of a creature, but there are strategies for using it in other ways. Whether or not they did this properly I can't say, but there are tactics. It depends on your playstyle. Imp. Taunt itself is mostly for pugs & you'll be hard-pressed to find it in the build of an MT.
Imp. Thunderclap is excellent - unfortunately, it's history isn't. Most warriors do not tank for survival in 5-man groups & for 5-man content it has more to do with tanking adds than survival when concerning trash. Keep using it.
Slam isn't for dual wield, you're safe there.
Imp. Whirlwind is a good talent; Whirlwind was recently changed to deal damage from both weapons(!).
Imp. Execute allows you to throw big numbers with little to no rage or after Stance dancing, otherwise you have a point. Don't overlook this factor.
AGI does not affect warriors' attack power at this point. STR is indeed 2 AP. You want both AP & Crit, but for PVP Stamina & resilience takes precedence over both.
Reviewing your talent builds now...

Your protection build...
Do not take Imp. Heroic Strike over Deflection 5/5 & keep in mind Imp. Revenge is a talent strictly for 5-man content.
If your goal is to Charge or Intercept & Hamstring for your friends in PVP, then you're going to need to get out of Defensive stance negating all 3 points in Imp. Revenge.
Your Fury/Prot hybrid build...
You can sacrifice the points in Berserker Rage & Imp. Execute in order to better suit your off tank spec. We'll place those points in a moment...
Remove Toughness (which isn't a bad talent, just not for this build) & put your points into Shield Specialization for Imp. Shield Block.
You really, really need to get Defiance. Read the tooltip again - it increases your threat by 15% at all times in Defensive stance...this is priceless. It also gives you 1.5% expertise.
This is your build with the above changes:

as for my fury prot build, it was for pvp. i thought about doing full dmg
I'm sorry, but no Fury build is going to be doing "full" damage in PVP. Targets simply don't last long enough for that to happen. PVP on most levels remains the same - it's all about burst damage, not sustained. Fury is mostly about sustained damage (& you won't sustain damage in anything other than small 1v1-ish skirmishes).
That aside, Defiance isn't going to do much of anything for PVP except help counter some minute points off your targets' Dodge & Parry.
Toughness is equal in PVP & PVE, but you won't notice it easily. You will, however, benefit greatly from PVE with this as it's always there, always working & always increasing your survivability.
I can't say much else without your talent build &
current level
in mind (your Armory page is inactive).
