Hi, Lynri. :D
--cracks knuckles--
Scourge Strike is still weapon-reliant: it's 45% weapon damage, plus modifier, plus disease multipliers. It is LESS weapon-reliant than other strike, but it is still weapon-reliant.
Your rotations listed only have one RP dump as opposed to two (three for 10/61). Most DKs will have the RP to dump at the end of each 20 second set. If they do not, they are required to HoW for the last 10 RP for the second DC.
Your rotations should also specify with and without GF:
Without GF:
PS > IT > BS > BS > SS > UB > HoW > DC
SS > SS > SS > DC > DC
With GF, Blood Tap available:
PS > IT > BS > BS > SS > BT > GF > UB > HoW > DC
SS > SS > SS > DC > DC
With GF, Blood Tap on CD:
PS > IT > BS > BS > SS > GF > UB > HoW > DC
SS > SS > GF > IT/Pest/BB > DC > DC
The general idea is that GF without BT should be refreshed via Death Runes and not via Unholy _unless_ your DRs are coming up in such a manner that you do not lose the second SS from the set (eg: a DR comes up simultaneously with a single F or U rune). The other rune should be used for IT (for 10/61 this is more prevalently the case), Pestilence (rarely needed).or BB based on AoE conditions. BB will push you back a SS for the next set, unfortunately, but if you have enough AoE targets this can be compensated for through judicious, well-timed usage of BB.
Please note that the third line in each of these will feature a refresh on UB as, preferably, the second RP dump. This allows maximum uptime between sets, but it is possible due to movement that UB may be forced up a set.
=========================
For the sakes of argument and simplicity, I'm going to outline the patented "Derv's Unholy DPS Priority System for Maximum Good Times and Amazingness":
1) Diseases. Refresh them. Keep them up. If you fail at this, fix it. Now.
2) Will the next ability push me over the cap on RP? If so, refresh UB if it has less than 4 seconds. If UB > 4 seconds, Death Coil once if you still have Runes to use. Otherwise, DC twice/thrice depending on RPM and GCD availability.
3) Do I have Runes up with less than 75/80 RP (105/110 RP for 10/61)? Scourge Strike. More than 3 targets? Blood Boil. Single-target? Blood Strike.
=========================
Bugs should also be noted:
Reaping currently has a bug that is very difficult to reproduce but it does occur. Occasionally during a rune set that involves the creation of DRs (which is nearly every rotation), a BR will be reset, the DR will be created but will be "stuck" at its maximum timer CD of 10 seconds. It will remain unusable for these 10 seconds and any ability that would normally consume that rune will instead trigger a "not enough runes" error. BT fixes this problem, but it is not a practical solution to use a one minute CD to fix a 10 second bug.
It should be noted that this bug occurs maybe 0.5% of the time. It is very difficult to replicate and the conditions for its occurrence are unknown to me.

Also, the reason Dark Conviction is weaker is due to the fact that it becomes easier and easier to crit cap in raids as your gear becomes better.

Roll blood and be done with it. Unholy since patch has been far behind in damage output and the gear in Ulduar is far supperior for blood.
This is not the place for this. There is another thread for Blood here.

Glyph of Dark Death
Pro's
Scales amazingly well with Morbidity
Scales amazingly well with Black Ice
Works well with the rp generation from Dirge
Cons
Weakens without Dirge
Weakens without Morbidity
Weakens slightly without Black Ice
Weakens on heavy movement laden fights due to rp generation issues
Slightly weak in Blood Presence due to GCD issues (can't spam Death Coil)
Slightly weak due to runic power cost of DC, (can't spam Death Coil)
Unholy doesn't have GCD issues. We have spare GCDs assuming you know how to stack them.
DC and UB cost the same. Your last con is a non-issue.
The point I see for DD > UB is this: DD helps with every single fight regardless of movement factor, ToT, etc. UB loses its punch with more than 10 seconds off-target. This means DD is used in every trash fight, every boss, every burst phase, etc.

haphazard Glyph of SS procs that you could easily go 3 to 4 runic cd's without seeing one (not to meantion glyph of SS can easily make you forget to refresh your diseases via pestilence on the rest of the mobs).
Glyph of Disease is a crutch that can be overcome by one of two things:
A Pestilence macro that uses the diseases from another target in the same group to refresh your diseases on your main target (I use this), or a timer mod capable of tracking multiple diseases across your targets.
GoD is not needed.
