All around shaman questions. Hybrid enhance and Resto

Here is my Resto/Elemental spec.

tips? criticisms?

Is Nature's Guardian
Improved chain heal
and ancestral healing very important?

If so is it better for me to go pure resto?

is the weapons expertise that important? more so than the higher crit?

How can I increase my shamans survivability. I feel like when I am enhancement I get mowed down. My gear is nothing short of crap...but still to get where I wanna be I have to live long enough to make it through that journey.

Would I be better off going straight elemental? seeing as how as elemental have the distance factor

Are the glyps I chose the best for the respective classes?

ancestral healing isnt too important, unless your tank healing.
healing grace is more of a PvP talent.
and the cookie cutter way of speccing resto, is to spec into enhancement for the extra mana and crit
imp chain heal is pretty important too, i wouldnt skip on that.
