i think all 25 mans have potential upgrades for the maly10 quest neck. for healers and casters atleast.

I believe that the Maly(10) neck is the second best pre-Ulduar right under the Maly(25)
this is TRUE for elemental. but not for enhancement.
according to maxdps.com upgrades to the maly10 neck include :

enhance seems alot more replaceable, with this found in naxx10

depending on what stats you decide to stack, or stats your lacking, these might not neccissarily be an upgrade.
