I am currently using carbonite. I am not sure if i am missing a setting but i am 16 quests away from Lore Master and i can't find the quests in Incrown that i need. I have used wowhead to see where the quest givers are located but when i go the quests are not showing to me.
Is there a setting that i am missing that will show me where my questgivers with available quests are located or is there an addon that will help in that capacity? I have wasted about a month tracking these 16 last quests and I know i am missing something but just can't put my finger on it.

The addon would only be able to tell you which quests you haven't done if you had installed it prior to starting any quests in the zone. The only thing I can think of which would help you is looking at

and going through the comments
