Runemaster as a Hero Class.

Seeing as how this is only speculation, and purely for fun I was wondering what you guys would think a runemaster hero class would entitle, and how exactly the character would be played out? If Blizzard continues with the trend of wanting to implement unique classes straying away from what they currently have I think the Runemaster would be the next step.
I think one of the most interesting aspects that they could use for the runemaster, is the lack of weapons and a limited amount of armor that would probably be primarly cloth. This could be a huge step way from the norm of what WoW is.
So what do you guys think?
