Fighting Rogues

I'm specced elemental, I have somewhat decent gear for pvp.
I have around 18.5k health(yes its low), and around 250 res.(once again very low). But with aside I still find it incredibly hard to beat rogues. My most successful approach is to pray he's between me and a high cliff, other than that it's almost a slaughter.
Anyone know tips for fighting rogues, or just generic fight situations to get me started here. I've tried cleansing totem, I've tried to out heal, I've tried to out damage. The fact is I'm too low on health to do anything once they finish a stunlock.

if i get cought out by a rogue, i normally TS him off me, - trink if the stun has time left, earthbind and frostshock the rogue, then Ghost wolf, get some range, and hit him with a flame shock LvB combo. if your FS is glyphed then he wont be able to restealth, after that, just kite and cast.

flame shock is good, because DoTs prevent a rogue from vanishing, plus it gives you a cance to pull a 10k LvB crit
