Blacksmithing is definitely one of the worst to power level along with jewel crafting.. the amount of bars and I put into the god damn thing I could make alot more gold.
If you are loaded with money, and I mean LOADED I would go BS/JC buying all the mats yourself ..
Or you could lose skinning, mine all the mats for Blacksmithing yourself, keep all the gems.
Then once you get 450 BS, you could lose skinning and get JC and hopefully you have enough gems.. >_>
and I think those two professions would be good with any character seeing as they are two of the most beneficial professions for PvE.
