Question : Is affi warlock still viable for pvp?

i have rerolled warlock, used to be a hunter, but dident really like hunter much for pvp duo to more things that i dident find my play style.

i once had an affi lock way back on another account and i really liked the mobility of the spec and it gave alot of options being so.

i see alot of threads that dest is the way to go. But im more interested if a affi lock can keep up with an dest specced lock if played proberly.

Iknow some of you would say, play what youy want to play, i also tend to, but its not fun to play a spec totally gimped and get steam rolled over and over.

I run a Haunt/SL build for PvP and I'm having loads of fun.

I have definitely noticed a substantial increase in my survivability as my gear has improved and now that I'm almost fully kitted out in the best Hateful/Deadly/Titan-forged gear that honor and WG marks can buy (my schedule is too eratic for arena unfortunately, so nothing that needs a rating) I don't often find myself wtfpwned any more.

As a side note, if you're still struggling for hit rating on your raid set take a look at the Titan-forged Rune of Accuracy.

Yes it's a PvP item, but 95 hit rating from a trinket is huge, the utility of a PvP trinket has its uses in PvE and at just 25 WG marks it's insanely cheap and easy to obtain.

ithink ill do an affi spec on levle 80 for pvp, as im not a big fan of dest spec.
