your spec is looking good, and so is your spell power.
you may want to take ancestral healing and ancestral awakening later on.
if anyone dies because you are preoccupied with spamming heals on the tank or going oom because the tank is going down too fast, then its generally not your fault. groups tend to use the healer as a scapegoat, especially before endgame, because they dont fully understand that if someone dies, its not neccisarily the healers fault.
i ran into the same problem when i started healing heroics, PuGs would fail and kick me, but guild runs would go fine.
so long as your spamming riptide, keeping ES up on the tank, and mashing the LHW/HW/CH key's you're all good.
