This is the best bm spec your gonna get for pve i believe, but right now your best off just staying surv for PVE and PVP, but as Apsalara said, if you have fun as BM stick with that
You dont need 2 points in GfTT, 1 is perfectly enough. Also notice an alternative build:

The differences are in MM tree. 15% less to arcane shot and 18% less crit power on specials.

You'll be using only Steady and Arcane.

With Imp Tracking and Survival Instincts you get:
5% to all ranged damage done (auto, arcane, steady, serpent) which in my opinion is much better than 15% to only arcane.

Also the other part. 18% less crit power to steady/arcane vs 4% crit chance with both.

If it was only you that was being measured i would say 18% crit power > 4% crit chance. But there is also the pet. And pet damage goes up with number of crits you do with specials (trough cobra strikes) not how powerfull they are.

Well the fact of the matter is that BM is still behind SV and MM for PvE right now. However, I'm a firm believer of playing the spec you have the most fun with. You pay to play this game, so play it the way you want to. And if you're running with elitist who look down upon you for that, then it's their own problem.

On a side note, I'm SV right now. Using my current gear, switching to BM and grabbing a Devilsaur with the optimal DPS spec, I'd be ~3-400 DPS lower than I am as SV. That's not an unbearable margin, and it still makes BM raid viable, so play what you want. Naxx and Ulduar aren't exactly the min/max days of Sunwell, so BM will do fine.
