When you have him on a mob with autocasts on, does he wait for the mob to cast something before using its interrupt?

No. If it's a caster mob, he'll use it as soon as he's commanded to attack it.

Walking honor? I beg to differ.
I absolutely roflstomp everything 1v1 in BG's (where the main honor is accrued). Then again, most of the combatants are noobs and I'm in a full arena set....regardless, I'm definitely not free honor. Even going solo (without friends to tag along), I get a 5:1 ratio at least in WSG.
Just be prepared, know your class, know their class.
