New 80 spec's

As I near 80 with my shaman I am trying to build a spec for instances and raids. I have read over the forums about various aspect of shaman builds and I would like some input on mine.

I am not sure if the windfury glyph is worth it or not for it I should change it out. Also should I stick with improved SS? I was debating putting those two talent points into reverberation and use glyph of shocking to give shock spells no global cool down. Is it worth doing that?

For this one I was wondering if it is worth taking healing grace and dropping something else.

Any input would be helpful.

you have the right idea for resto, healing grace is a PvP talent, i wouldnt recomend taking it unless for some reason your running with a mt that cant hold aggro. at all.
healing way however is quite usefull (contrary to what other shaman say) if your not spamming CH, then its a nice 3 point talent that increases your HW's by about 1-2k
and its enhancement, not enchantment.
just like its restoration, not restromance. (yes, ive had someone call it restromance)

If you're gonna be on MT heals the entire time, it looks fine, however, if you are gonna be doing any raid healing(what shamans tend to be asked to do) you should drop the LHW and get Chain Heal.
