isn't an upgrade atm. You gain 66 rap if you get the

. In the blue slot, you can only get
stamina, spirit, mp5 and spell penetration
, which are all practicly useless since your not SV. You lose 5 hit rating, which won't hurt you, since you will still be over the minimum. I'm not the expert, but this is my opinion. And some math :)

The tier chest was an improvement for me, but I don't have to worry nearly as much about hit being a Draenei. As long as you don't lose something else in greater amounts to get your hit it will be good for survival.
