I don't know why people say "Don't level feral from 1-20", I've been feral all the way, leveling up and it served me well... It's true that bear form isn't really a good leveling form, but I'd suggest getting 5/5 Furor, 5/5 Naturalist and 1/1 Omen of Clarity, that'll bring you to level 20, then I'd respecc and put all my points in the feral tree when you get the cat form.
The idea, when you're at low level is that even if you put 5 points in a tree and gear mostly as a melee (str+agi) or caster (int), you still have to use most of your abilities to be effective... You still haven't developped enough in any spec to be efficient using that spec alone... Best way to clear mobs is to pull them with your longer to cast spell (Wrath, at your level?), cast that spell until the mob you're pulling is in melee range, then you quickly Moonfire it and morph into a bear and finish it while not taking as much damage as you would without bear form and also without wasting anymore mana than was required to pull the mob.
The key to efficient leveling is to chain run quests and try to never have to stop and drink, which feral druids can do perfectly. Once you get cat form, you can Prowl through a lot of stuff to skip it and directly get to quest objectives, saving tons of times... Also, while you're morphed, your mana regens at a OO5SR rate, since you're using either rage or energy and not casting anything... I can't rememebr the last time I had to drink something.
Also, don't worry about gear, either go leatherworker so you can craft your own upgrades, or have your main pay for your alt's upgrades or simply gear up on quest rewards, but keep in mind that from 1 through 30, levels shouldn't take more than 1 hour to clear (if you're really trying), so taking hours run a single instance with hopes to get gear is a waste of time (imho, unless you're getting run by a higher level or you happen to have like 4-5+ quests in a particular instance, then it might be worth doing it, but otherwise, I suggest just doing what you know you can solo and doing it as fast as you can, then move on...)
Oh... The most important trick in the druid's arsenal... Regrowth and Rejuvenation... If you're losing your HP too quick, instead of pulling with Wrath/Starfire + Moonfire, you might want to instead cast Regrowth, then Rejuv. on yourself before morphing back to bear/cat and engaging the mob, that way, you get your own HoTs to heal you while you fight, making "harder" fights a lot easier.
Unlike some other classes, 1-20 is the most painful part when leveling a druid, from 20 to 80, it's a joke (imho), so just be patient, work your way up and eventually everything will become easier and easier, until it's so easy it hurts, really.

That's the way to go. The first 10 talents won't make much of a difference in your DPS anyway. There is no real point in wasting gold to respec. Use feral talents but just keep casting balance stuff. It's easy and works. As soon as you run out of mana, switch to bear form and melee 1-2 mobs. After 2 mobs your mana bar will be full (regenerated in the background) and you can start casting again.
This way leveling 10-20 is actually very easy and fast for druids.
