I've been raiding as BM for about a week now, trying out different specs and I have to tell you, the one from Elitist Jerks is dead on for most DPS. BM 52/14/5
with your pet spec is the most DPS a BM hunter can do with a spec.
Edit: Devilsaur is the best PVE DPS pet (for BM). If you're questioning why we put the 5 points into SV for Imp. Tracking is because it buffs all of our shots and serpent sting, we need that to be competitive with MM & SV.

IMO: BM Spec
Once you hit 80 do you want BM or top DPS? Top DPS is SV.

You dont need both Charge and Boar Speed so one or the other.
Guard Dog + Swipe + Thunderstomp = Enough Agro that you dont need Taunt.
WIth those two points opened up place them into Silver Back and you've got a 5sec 2% HoT for free. Which means an increase to pets agro and less mana you have to spend with Mend Pet.
Again, this is just IMO since I have yet to reach 80.

I don't know much about the best lvling spec, but this
would be dps. Note to something here:This
should be in all specs. The top of BM can be changed according to preferance. I like Imp. Revive pet better than Thick Hide. Some ppl don't like Animal Handler, but IMO it's an upgrade. Invigoration and Cobra Strikes are discusable. Almost every BM hunter spends their points different in them, for different reasons. Find out what you prefer and go with that. Longevity and Kindred Spirits are a must, just like Beast Mastery.
In the MM tree, Careful Aim is a good talent, but since only 50% of your total dps comes from your bow, this is discusable. Still, most hunters pick it, since ranged attack power scales to your pet. Aimed shot will be the best nuke if you pick it, but some ppl prefer to not make their rotation/"prefered shots" any more complicated.
To SV. Imp. Tracking is a talent most BM hunter I know (not that many) get, cause it only boosts your attack power by 5%. 50% of total dps times 1.05 makes 52.5, which isn't much of an increase.
Keep in mind, this is all my opinion and experience with the BM spec.
