I would say ditch all of the points in BM except for maybe 1 in IAotH. That gives you 14 extra points.
Put 1 point in GftT, that's a must. I'd stick 5 points into efficiency, and another point in wild quiver. Now you have 7 points.
Put 2 into survival instincts, another 2 poins into improved barrage, and you have 3 points left to put wherever you choose.

The only problem being he said he needs 3 points in FA to compensate for a lack of hit, so
this
would probably be better, though I haven't played MM since 3.1, so I'm not entirely sure which talent points refund the least amount of dps and therefore deal the smallest hit to your dps to fill out FA.
P.S. I took out the 2 points in rapid recuperation and one point in wild quiver.
