items should be able to be sent to any character on any realm on the same account. Reason?

WoW is a game first, second, third, and everything else is a distant fourth at best.

Bind to Account was a poor wording choice. Because the wording choice was poor, people expect something at wasn't intended. Call the equipment "Snurfidalous" and have it behave the way it does now and we wouldn't see any of these complaints.
