you go into the interface option, and it will be the very last box in the controls section, you select to use it, then exit the interface set up

then equip the gear you want for a certian set such as a healing set or pvp or tank, ect.

then you click the equipment manager icon that will be above the gloves slot on your character screen, and click save

you will then pick an icon for that set and give it a name, then repeat these steps to save other sets of gear

then to chnage between the sets just open the equipment manager and click on whichever set you want to wear, and if you have the gear in your bags, or have it in your bank and you are at the bank, it will switch into the set

My Equipment Manager is only letting me create 4 sets of armor. I have many things i use at different times.
