32/0/17 vs. Deep Blood for new DK?

Sorry if this is a common question, I searched through old threads and found some information, but still wanted more, and a lot of stuff already seems pretty out of date.

So, I just started my first DK, and I'm feeling pretty overwhelmed, but I really like the feel of the Blood tree. However, once I finished the starting area, I respecced into Unholy to get On a Pale Horse. Although I like having an extra fast mount, I also miss some of the deeper Blood talents, and I'm wondering if maybe I should go back to 49/0/0. My current spec is this:

Also, just wanted to confirm: Improved Blood Presence isn't a solo talent, right?

Improved blood presence is normally taken for Blood pve builds, it increases the healing you get from DS, bandages, RT, Mark etc. more or less guaranteeing close to no downtime.

Deep blood/pale horse leveling builds are perfectly viable, dont worry about lacking the deeping blood skills too much (altough you may want to spec down to HS/MoM and then go for on a pale horse).

But your specs works perfectly, there's alot of running in Outland :P
