Hunter Dps Question?

OK i have been playing world of warcraft for at least a year & half. i still have yet to figure out what I need to stack such as agility, haste rating or attack power. I'm still confused and not shore what i should stack.

resonantly because blizzard is still trying to fix the talent problem with 0/0/0 of 0 used. I'm thinking my DPS has decreased or I'm not doing something right. my guild jest started 25man Ulduar. and with all my buffs, the flask and fish feast I'm still only doing 1800-1900 DPS thought i have been stacking attack power and I'm all most at 5000AP(with out raid buffs) my DPS is still at 704 damage per sec.(as it tells me when i hover over my damage).

any ways well i was raiding there was another hunter in my guild who was 3rd on the dps charts with 3200DPS, so i went to the army to see what she had over me to compere or try to copy so i could bring my DPS up. when i checked her stat's i was like OK whats going on here. her stats are not any better then my. what I'm doing wrong?

i was jest checking wowheads data base and i cant seem to fin glyph of Sp. what is Sp?

Your stat priority is not really good. You have a ton of haste, but you are ~50 below hit cap. Also, as survival you want to stack as much agility as possible, and you want to gem for agility definitely over AP, even your meta gem is AP. Comparing you to your friend, you have 4600 AP, but only ~28% crit and less than 1000 agility. By contrast, your friend has 4300 and almost 10% higher crit chance than you. With so many procs based around agility and crits, your friend is going to pull far ahead in combat. Expose Weakness alone is giving them almost 100 more AP in combat with lightning reflexes and Kings only.

Your trinkets and glyphs are kind of out there too, none of your major glyphs are best for DPS, and aside from the equip effects, neither of your trinkets works towards increasing DPS either.

hay all again well I'm trying to go with the advice up above and i jest changed some socks and what not. got my agility up and my crit is at 32.00% from 27.00%.

here is what confuse me a lot: know that i got my socked items from attack power to agility how come my dps feels like it's not any better then what i was?

first thing i look for when looking over your talents and gear, you should take the one point from aimed shot and one point from mortal shots and put both into Focused Aim which will bring you to 7.55% hit, near hit cap for raiding(8%) you are at 5.55% and your friend is at 7.23%. this will significantly improve your dps.

since you didn't talent rapid fire down to 3min cd, your glyph of RF is useless IMO. just dont waste a glyph for a 5min cd, 15sec ability.

get either glyph of killshot or glyph of steady shot

glyph of serpent sting sounds good, but you want to go through 2 full sstings to one bl.arrow so that your rotation is aligned. with glyph of ssting, you will be throwing off your rotation. well that is my strat anyway.

thanks for the information ill have to think about it. right know i like my "Aimed shot" most likely for my 2nd spec ill rotate some of my talents
