I'd never thought of trying that (e.g.
no
harm
) - the conditional you are looking for as the inverse of harm is
help
. However - you can also just get rid of the second conditional (because it is the else case) So your macro will look like this:
#showtooltip
/cast Moonfire; Lifebloom

Harm
is not a unitId so
target=harm
is invalid code. Remove
target=
and the macro should work.
