Leveling up, I really took a shine to Sholazar Basin and Grizzly Hills. They reminded me of Nagrand, which was my favorite zone back in BC.
Lore-wise, Storm Peaks is a very story-driven zone and I fell in love with it almost instantly. It's a shame I lag like crazy when I enter it. Thanks computer, I hate you too.
As a whole, I thoroughly enjoyed every WotLK zone.

Grizzly Hills is the best scenery and music.
Scholazar is fun.
Storm Peaks is cool.
I'm not a big fan of Borean Tundra or Zul'Drak.

Shalozar Basin. As a skinning hunter, I can get enough leather for most any epic creation. Especially if I follow someone doing the "Kill 60 animals" quest.

Grizzly Hills is number one for me.
In saying that, whenever I revisit Borean Tundra I feel a little bit nostalgic. I hated the place when the expansion first landed, but it has grown on me quite remarkably.

Ahhh, the lovely music of scholazar basin. The birds, the trees. Everything is prefect.
Then I hear the sound of a hunter with a core hound.
