Hit Rating

Guys,

there used to be a post floating around about the hit cap ratings I can't find them under the guide. I just want clarification; for a combat build, the hit rating with precision is 236, while without its between 300 and 315 right?

I'm messing around with spec ideas and am sitting at 304 with precision so I'm wondering if I should just swap out the hit rating gear for better Naxx 25 and Ulduar gear, or drop the precision talent and put the points in other talents. Thoughts?

This is the build I'm thinking of with http://www.wowhead.com/?item=39714 ah OH, and http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40429 as MH. With poisons doing more damage and with hopefully either the tournament fist or Calamity's Grasp on the way, I wonder if it would top combat swords in damage, while still staying hit capped. Thoughts?

Edit: Pardon me, I realised I was thinking of the Masticator, not the tourny fist. Either way... I realise the spreadsheet is really the only way to find out, but 5% crit seems more enticing than an extra sword swing...
