Help on tanking gear need suggestions

I need some suggestions my tanking gear. My armory is
here
and here's what I need suggestion on. I am currently at 539 defense unbuffed with the trinkets I have currently, but if I switch out
Offering Of Sacrifice
for
Regal Protectorate
that puts me at 544 Defense unbuffed. My question is, I have the tier 7.5 chest piece token I can turn in for the tanking chest piece, but should I replace it with what I have now(see armory)?. I'd appreciate the suggestions, thanks.
