For raiding and dungeons, SoB. The healer will keep you alive so don't worry about it (unless the fight is a healing intensive one, say Loatheb in naxx for example). For soloing SoCom is fine if you don't like the idea of hurting yourself but you get instant FoLs (Art of War procs) so you'll be able to heal yourself fine.
