Can any1 look at this spec and see if there is anything wrong with it. Its only missing Imp BOW and since I use kings on myself, i would rather have 2% more crit.

I am assuming this is a PVE build?
Not sure why you would waste 3 points in Imp. conc. aura...
And if you want more crit., take those 3 points and put them into sanctity of battle in the ret. tree.
Besides that your build is fine imo.
I have a build similar to yours, but i plan to change to
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#sxAztM0sVu0tgdxGzmbh
Ill be giving up a large chunk of crit. (about 8%) but i will be gainig more total healing (about 11%)
Plus you gain Divine Sacrifice which can be very useful for those raid AOE dmg situations.
Edit:
Yes I realize you cannot take those points from the holy tree, but you can use them more effectively there either in imp. blessing of wisdom or improved lay on hands.
You can take 3 points from divinity and put them in sanctity of battle, but only if you are going for a full crit. type build.

Well I think
this
is the better build. I just dont know if you should put 2 points in Enlightened Judgements, Sacred Cleansing or Purifying Power.
This si all assuming you are looking for a PvE spec.

If you're going to raid:
This
spec spend the remaining points as you please, most people would put them in PoJ
If you're gonna play BGs
Use Thil's specc

Svirve,
I have been raiding with pretty much the exact spec you linked and I have had no problems healing with it.
However, I was just wondering...to me it seems like having 11% total healing, from the spec I linked, would be better than having an extra 8% chance to crit., which is still just a chance and the total healing is guaranteed.
I'd appreciate any constructive comments, thanks.

Thil, it comes down to overhealing, that 11% more healing is prolly going into overheals....overheals that don't get you any thing.
Now the 8% more crit is going to be overheals as well, but overheals that bring back 60% of the spells base mana cost.

^This
Unless you're progressing through ulduar25 in pre heroic gear those 11% extra healing is going to be pure overhealing 90% of the time.
And it's not really 11% either. You can count on 5% extra healing.
Cause the other 6% can be brought by: Trees & tankadins.
The only thing you're gaining with that specc is some PvP survivability, 5% healing, stronger SS and divine sacrifice.
While you're dropping 8% crit, 15% run speed, 3% crit to your whole party against your judge target (can be brought by ret palas) and 10% cheaper instant casts (SS, Bacon, HS).
For PvE it's definately not worth it IMO but it's a great spec for BGs :)
