I level from 1-10 in one hour fifteen... It is quite probable someone who is aiming for speed can do it in under one hour.

Yes. I did it several times. It's not that hard if you know where to go. But you'll need some good starting gear first and about 10 silver to start so you can improve your skills immediately.

If you're using the "Refer A Friend" bonus XP, it'd almost be hard NOT to get to 10 in an hour.

i was able to get lvl 11 pre wotlk on a hunter in 1 hour and give or take 30 minutes

but that is what i'm doing but i still need 3 hours of play time to reach level 10
it depends a lot on what class your playing as a example a hunter would be slow in the start since all the mobs are going to run up to you a druid would also be slow since your going to have play it balance
unless i remember wrong i belive paladins are quite fast
