No. The limit is still 100% otherwise you would regain more mana in combat then you would out of combat.

even if it did.. what kinda god awful spec would have both arcane meditation and pyromaniac? i've tried working it out.. it isn't pretty.

lol I knew someone would call me on that Ach... I was just thinking about how Incanter's Absorption could be made useful within current builds for pvp... and the answer is (without an army of disc priests) it cant'
