So

I hearthstoned to Dalaran, got a DC as usual (to many ppl).

Then I try to log in again, kaboom.
"A name with character already exists"

pops up and i cant log in now. i tried to restart wow but didnt work either.

What's wrong and how can I fix it?

Ive had this happen to me before. Just play an alt and add the name of your bugged toon to your friends list. When you recieve the notice that the bugged toon has gone offline, you can go back and log onto it.
