Well, the issue is your addons I'm afraid.
Try getting rid of them a couple at a time and seeing what happens.
Most likely there are two addons conflicting with eachother.
Have you got a list of addons?

My guess would be that healbot, perl and titanpanel are causing it, as they are ones that likely alter your unitframes, although any of them could be doing it.
Try those three, then cycle through the others. Also, just disabling them on the addon screen doesn't necessarily alwasy turn them off, try moving them out of the interface folder.
