You cant make it cast it every 30 seconds if that's what you're after.
With addons you can track the buffs you've cast and get a bar showing you how much time is left and if it's there.
Doesnt work that well with sacred shield though since both the buff and the shield has the same name.
Natur enemy cast bars works pretty well for this.

I use this macro for SS. I've talented for Divine Guardian since I always run with Sacred Shield active. It's better placed on you since it covers your SoTM splashback (if shield active) and helps against the inevitable damage we take in combat. That, combined with AoW FoLs make us much more popular with the healers.

Drag the stopwatch into a handy location along side your Grid panels (which I'd never be without on my Ret Pally) and use Clique to cast it when it's about to expire. It dings when it's up also which has me trained like Pavlov's dogs. It remembers its location after you drag it the first time.
You can add the stopwatch to a '/target=focus' or a basic 'cast Sacred Shield' macro if that works better for you.
I heartily recommend using Grid/Clique as Ret also for ease of Cleanse, LoH, HoF, HoS, HoP, and your nifty 'oh ^&*!' Bubble/Divine Sacrifice moments. You can always find opportunities to use these when the spare gcd comes around.
You could also use Deadly Boss Mobs to provide a warning but that's probably overkill.. I use dbm with my holy with Beacon.
add:
/dbm timer 58 Recast Sacred Shield
into your macro. It's more invasive than a Ret pally needs in the heat of battle though...

Can't really remember what mod framework added this, but it was kinda common, so:
/cast Sacred Shield
/in 58 /w Yournicknamehere SS is expiring! Renew it!
