Having a rather strange problem with saved settings.

So recently I've been using my mum's laptop for WoW since mine is in the shop. When I first logged in, she had her username remembered in the login screen, out of date addons left off, and sound on. I logged in, turned on out of date addons, and turned sound off, and then logged off after playing. I log back in, and everything's reset to how she had it. She hasn't played since then, and I've tried changing it back multiple times. Is there some option I've overlooked that does that?
