What is the first and eaisest tabard to obtain in northrend so i can get easy rep in dungeons.

The first one you'll get is probably either Kirin Tor or Wyrmrest Accord. the quests you do for them in Borean Tundra will get you to Friendly.
Remember, only the level 78 dungeons and above will give you championing reputation though, so until you're ready to run 78+ dungeons, it doesn't really matter. By then, you'll probably be at least friendly with all 4 of the factions that give tabards.

Doing the associated quests with each faction while leveling up should make you friendly wihtout any problems. Although I suppose by following the natural progression of the zones and not skipping to many quests should make you friendly with the Wyrmrest Accord first. And you might not get to the Knights of the Ebon Blade before you've been 80 for a while. But I wouldn't say any of them is easier than the other.

ah ok i thought you got rep for all dungeons with a tabard at any lvl, thanks for the clarification
