Is Frost Duel Wield Spec Good? If So How should I Spec?

Im a 80 DK and was wondering if You guys could tell me about DK Specs and which is good Currently I am a Raider who can Do 2.3 k DPS but everyone I radi with says to me if you spec DW Frost you can easily push out 3k DPS so I was wondering is it Worth it and if so How should I Spec.

Don't bother going Dual Wield.
Blizzard totally screwed the spec over in the Ulduar Patch.
When it was good, you could easily pump out 5-6k dps with half bad gear. Now you need like uber gear to do 3k.
Stick with the 2hander.
Back in the days, the best spec was 32/39.
Now that howling blast's dmg has been nerfed alot and put longer down frost, necrosis and blood caked only procs on mainhand, it's just not worth it anymore.
Necrosis change was reverted before patch hit, and bcb was never changed to just MH, they were going to add an cd to the proc but that also got scrapped. Also, dw is not dead with this patch. There are I believe two common dw specs, there's 0/13/58 which makes use of scourge strike, and another similar build that instead uses OB and doesn't spec SS, iirc. As I haven't been on my dk much since patch, I'm not sure how effective these are compared to 2h, but people are using them.
Also, you'll find better feedback on the deathknight forum. And don't use random caps, it hurts readers :D
