Lordaeron belongs to both the forsaken and the alliance, but alas, it is a civil war, they both own it, and the only way to determine who keeps it is by a fight. Since IMO the forsaken are evil; i want them dealt with and i am thus rooting for the alliance to own it; however they BOTH do own it and the alliance does not deserve it more then the forsaken do.I like that analogy. However, I am of the opinion that only some of the Forsaken are evil (although I think they're all (98%) angry and bitter). They shouldn't be subjected to genocide because some of them are evil.
Also, I would bet money that there are alot more former citizens of Lordaeron that have become Forsaken than those that escaped.

oHkAy, On topic....so Varian is right....because he doesn't know the whole story and even if he does, he probably could care less now.
So, being right is a matter of point of view.
Then I'm sure some people in history who are villains could be considered right 2.

edit: also too if you wanna raise questions about the numbers of lordaeronian forsaken and lordaeronian living; you have to remember a handful of things to consider about the forsaken.
At first glimpse, one is to believe that the forsaken are of innumerable amount; the scourge who existed in lordaeron. wow thats more then the NOT scourge in lordaeron! /betmoney
At closer examination of lore, we then figure out that; (1) not all of the scourge in their area broke free. (2) still others have died and they have no way to repopulate.
Plus, not counting lordaeronians who went to SW, theres the hillsbrad foothils people and those stragling trisfal glade farmers. still probably more forsaken, but lemme check wowwiki to get some rough estimates. From what I understand, Lordaeron's population was almost completely decimated by the Scourge. Very few people actually escaped. So even if just a slim slice of the Scourge became Forsaken, they're probably still more numurous than the survivors.

oh and btw to resolve forsaken being evil, wowwiki says they are usually evil
Usually is 80-90%.I would just like to point out (even though you already said you were against genocide), that's 1170-2340 non-evil forsaken just in Undercity, and I really think they should be given a chance.

Yes, Lordaeron is cursed by the undead. But that is most likely to change with Arthas' death, even if it take a while
aww come on... dont split the toy! >.< lordaeron is as much the alliances as the forsakens! howbout the forsaken get hillsbrad and stuff and we get lordaeron... deal? >.>
in all seriousness theres gonna be a fight and im rooting for the alliance! go varian go! lawl. Then you're really gonna be sad when Saurfang throws Varians head over the walls on Stormwind... :\
