Cyclone is one of the better battlegroups on EU Servers. I have heard of entire guilds migrating simply to be part of Cyclone.
EVO (A horde guild on Shattered Hand) migrated and I do have to say they lead in BG's and world PvP (having like 600 members). A point to make is they are the bane of Shattered Hand Alliance players (me being one).
From my observations, Cyclone tends to be quite fair across the board with Alliance & Horde wins. It simply depends who you enter with.
