My brother is a fury warrior, and is being really challenged with DPS. Here is his armory link:

As I have said on a earlier thread, his DPS was 18-1900 pe-3.1, and now its sitting on a rock (about 1500). What is he doing wrong? We though it was his spell rotation, and he took the advice from my earlier post to try to improve. And yet, it seems like his DPS just likes the 1500 area.
I don't think its a rotation problem.
He put a lot into hit, and expertise. No significant changes. So now he is trying to put more into strength, so when you look at his details, you might see "work in progress" in that he hasn't finished switch the gems out.
We are new to WoW, new to raiding, and very open to ideas. The 'lock forums here have helped me to go from 1200dps on a good day to 2800dps; I know SOMEONE here has the answer!

Mind you, this is coming from a 'lock... but how does slam proc? With my abilities, I get a count-down buff, but apparently warriors are different.
How will he know when it procs? Like I have said, we are new to this... and in a small guild that has one warrior, my brother.

Also, he is interested in going Arms for his dual, but cannot find good information on a 3.1 Arms build (i.e. rotation, glyphs, different builds). Anyone have a good thread to look at or advice?
We looked in helpful threads, but they seem to be a little outdated.
