Unfortunately, no. No matter how many factions you're a champion with, there's only one set of champion dailies.

You're kinda off track there; once you become a champion you gain access to the champion dailies. However, the number of champion dailies available does not change regardless of whether you champion 1/2/3/4 or 5 factions.
That said, I'd imagine it's possible to run out of valiant dailies once you champion all 5 home factions too, seeing as once you champion one they don't wanna know you anymore.
So make the most of it while you can @#$%^ the gold, yo?
