Enineering: all of the goodies an engi can use, trinkets, bombs, dynamite, speed boots, blast on gloves etc etc...
Blacksmithing: extra sockets on gear
JC: better gems
Engi + one of the other 2 is the best for pvp.

Tailoring- extra burst from cloak enchant + nets
Alchemy- would be fun if you flask and carry health pots
tailoring nets are great, especialy if you in BG and you cant quite catch the flag runner..grab him in a net and burst him down before the net even runs out :D
