Spam Arcane Barrage on every CD, and use whatever you want in between, is all.
That's why it's deemed a "faceroll" spec.
Do you not use Arcane Blasts if you get the opportunity? Say the opponent is stunned, or if they're not paying attention to you, or if they're snared?

Why don't you guys write out the rotations as they actually happen? There's no getting all that off without a slow, polymorph, counterspell, decurse, or the like.
You gotta talk about one class at a time when talking about spell rotations for PvP, because otherwise it's stupid theory that you'll never apply in the game. The cc, interrupts, dispels, and everything else going on factors into your cooldown and therefore what you'll be able to use and what you'll have to use to win. You must consider your opponent's abilities when calculating how to kill him.

Wow, where do ya'll PvP I wish I could have a "cookie cutter" rotation in pvp as any spec.
If they aren't slowed: Slow them.
Casting a spell, say, heal. Counter spell.
You got more than 3 seconds to move, Ablast.
You don't? Kite and tickle with Abarr.
I do recommend you keep a PoM-Sheep on your bar though.
"Whaaaa, it heals them"
Bullhonkey, it's a free interrupt, if you can't figure out how to crack them right back out of sheep as an Arcane mage. /reroll

There is no standard "rotation" in PVP.Rotation depends on the place, your target, your status(mana,hp, CD, snare etc), your target status, your assists if any, your target's assists if any, and many other things, including the surprise factor, psychological factors, gear, other kind of advantages etc...
You see, the variables are so many that make extremely difficult to come out with a rotation that will suit every situation.
PVP is similar to chess, you can't know your strategy against an opponent you've never faced beforehand.

We speaking about pvp here right ? I don't think this is the case of a "spell rotation" since your actions depend of what your enemy is doing. You should do your best in adapting to the situation. Definetly you should use Arcane Blast when you got the chance and Arcane Barrage on CD and Missile Barrage when it procs. Also you may want to cast Slow whatever the class you may be facing since of Torment of the Weak.
