well for leveling? prolly a Lock, Rogue, Druid, or Warrior. out of those, id say only the druid and lock maintain their lvl 80 excitingness. Twinking any of those is pretty badass, along with a pally or shaman. I love raising hell in wsg after a hard evening of wiping in progression raids, it's like drinking after work... but Altaholism instead... get it! I made a FUNNY! HAHAHAHA

You should play a Death Knight, Druid, Hunter, Mage, Paladin, Priest, Rogue, Shaman, Warlock, or Warrior (subtract the class of your main.)

One the character creation screen, type in a name, close your eyes, then start clicking. Whatever you come up with, I'm sure will be fun.
Now this is a good idea. I'm gonna try this.
In answer to the question: a fun class depends on the kind of eprson you are. I paly a hunter because I liked the idea of a pet, like ranged attacks and am not into magic. Some people hate ranged attacks and so play a cloecombat class such as warrior or paladin.
The race you play depends on what you like about the way a race looks and most importantly what drives you up the wall. I myself can't stand the Draenei males tail. The swishing about really really annoys me. Humans are too ordinary for me. The Male blood elves are just way too preening:
Horde: "We must attack."
Male Belf: "Wait. Do these leggings make my ass look big?"
Some people hate the voice of the female tauren. Myself I have a female tauren Death Knight out to wreak havoc on all the humanoids for stealing milk. No, she is not all there.
