Erm, If I remember correctly, the Account Status on the Account management page at
www.worldofwarcraft.com
being 'Frozen' just means you have no gametime added to the account.

that or you violated the tos and they froze your account so they can take a bigger investigation. but most likly it is that you havent added anymore time to your wow account

Check your registered email. They always send a mail telling you what happened to your account.
They sent me one when they temporary closed my acc during a hack attempt (succesfully attempt sadly =( )

nope.ive paid like week ago,so moneys not a issue.and i havent violeted the tos for sure.whats more,when i try to do another paymant just for sure,i cant....screen says "you cant add paymant to this account,cos its suspended"
wait are you sure you havent violated the tos? i mean some pople do stuff they dont relize are in the tos (i think buying gold is i havent actually read the whole thing) and get banned because of that. and if you are sure then contact blizzard custormar support about this issue
