The focus is obviously AoE damage with Cleave. I'm concerned, though, this would have a too low single target damage output (maybe not, as Incite pumps HS too) and that maybe an Armas Warrior wouldn't be able to handle all that incoming damage.
Experienced Warrios and mostly anyone who can really help, please, comment.

By spreading out your points in all of the trees you're not picking up any of the juicy stuff at the bottom. You won't really have a main attack, such as MS or Bloodthirst. Cleave is an on next swing attack that replaces your auto attack, leaving you with a lower rage generation. So Cleave is not suited as a main attack. You would get Shield Slam at 40 (iirc), but it doesn't seem like you're going the sword and board way.
If you're interested in aoe damage i would go full protection for leveling. No amazing single target dps, but able to pick up a group of mobs and wear them all down at the same time.

Yeah, I realize I'm trying to do something very weird.
Sadly, I have a Bloodied-Arcanite Reaper I REALLY want to use, so I'm not considering Prot and option :(
About the Rage, wouldn't a talented and glyphed Bloodrage before AoE pulls make up for it?

Improved Cleave
isn't has impressive as it might look, its only +120% of the bonus damage from cleave, not total damage. If you really want to try it, go ahead, but I think you're making it unecessarily hard for yourself. The talent trees as they are designed at the moment don't really favor hybrid specs.
With the reaper I would go full arms without a doubt, it's an awesome setup. You'll get sweeping strikes and eventually bladestorm for multi mob pulls if that's what you're worried about.
The arms tree really is attractive at the moment. I'm tempted to level another warrior just for the fun of it, and make use of the reaper i got for my dk :)

Happy to help =)
Whatever you want to build as is a viable lvling build.
Well, yes. I wouldn't discourage anyone for trying out their own theories, as I think it's probably a good way of learning the game. But in many cases there are hard facts as to what playstyle and talents are most beneficial.

so for lvling, you would say a 2h is better than 2x 1h? Trying to decide which heirlooms to get
In my opinion all trees are fine for leveling. Although I would say you would get more use of a 2h heirloom than a 1h. At 60 you might want to spec for titans grip, making a 1h pretty useless. While a 2h would remain useful no matter if you spec arms or fury.

If it's working for you to level then use it because it really doesn't matter till 80. On the other hand the build you linked is a level 80 build so I'm not understanding why you are describing it as a leveling build. Please elaborate.
