I'm not sure what wolf king is at all, but I've keybinded my numpad to basically take care of my full rotation/any extras I need within raids.

Also, using bartender cleans it up and makes it look pretty. Thus, my regular hotkeys of "1,2,3,4,etc" are for spells I use somewhat often, but not in my rotation (soc,rof,teleport)

i use a belkin nostromo
it's main buttons are laid out like:
O O O O O
O O O O O
O O O O
this obviously doesn't lend itself to be intuitive with the in-game ui but it's very easy to use dominos (in my case - i'm sure bartender or others will do just as well) to lay out on screen buttons in the same way as on the keypad.

a really wonderful breakdown of nostromo use, which i'm sure could be well applied to all game pads, can be found at resto4life (so sad to see that blog die QQ).
