Too many feral pieces at the moment, resulting in far too low stats. Try to go for 1000-1500 spellpower before trying to heal in lvl 80 normal instances.
Spec is fine, ie we could discuss some finer points depending on how you usually heal, but since you are just starting it's as good as another and you'll be able to chose a few different things depending on the style you'll develop.
As for rotation, stack hots on the tank and then use direct heals if the hots aren't enough. The strength of druid healing is to be able to keep heals coming on a target while doing something else on the side (like healing dps meanwhile). If your hots aren't powerfull enough you will have to resort too much more direct healing (ie stack hots and then spam Nourish), that's mainly a question of gear though.

I didn't have a problem at all healing all of the Heroe's, except Old Kingdom, with 1400 spellpower and 200 mp5. As Celdhyrean said, you have all of the important resto talents. You definitely do want to put a healing/spirit patch on your legs and the spirit enchant on your boots. Both of those are good pieces of armor.

I also was always looking for a "rotation" when healing on my druid, but there really isn't...
Here's what I do (specifically for that fight but easily applicable on any fights).
Keep Rejuv + Regowth on the tank all all times and sometimes LB stack (let it bloom) especially at the beginning of a pull...
when group keeps taking damage
Try and keep rejuv on all DPS
hit WG every 6 sec , it's a very good spell and if rejuv is running on your dps then that's pretty much all you'll need on them.
Go back to healing the tank
Top off with Nourish
Rinse and repeat
Do not forget you oh cr@p buttons!
Swiftmend - for a quick top off to save a dps or your tank while you reapply HoTs
Nature's Swiftness + HT = boom healing
Oh and in 5-man H
Barkskin + Tranquility = pure joy for 8 sec then hit WG
And keep on rolling those HoTs
Reasto healing is fuuuun!
