Spells in the beginning: kk, looks balanced
Spells further on: YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!
Last spells: ... doh...
now seriously: the spells from Execution (except Guillotine) look balanced. Spells from Fanaticism are OP. Blood Sacrafice, Archangel and Prayer of Resotration.. Come on, not OP? Hell Yeah OP! Vindication spells are more balanced.
One thing I'm wondering: Howmany stacks of Accusation is the max?

the spells from Execution (except Guillotine) look balanced.
Well, to even use the ability, the target needs to have less health than stacks of Accusation applied, which takes it down to 10% already. How many abilities now can remove 10% of the player's health?
Edit: If it's only used on players, then it isn't overpowered....I thought it was, but the wording also seems like it's used on PvE targets, which is overpowered.

I'm sorry, that wasn't very constructive but I couldn't help myself.
The idea doesn't seem to fit with lore unless, I guess, you pulled someone out of the Scarlet Crusade/Onslaught to make this class but then there's the question of where the Orcs come in. I like it, it was an interesting read, but I can't seriously see it ingame.
