It's a very defensive build you've created, and like you said, the reason for it is you want to do boss tanking. In my opinion not a lot of content really warrants specializing yourself in this way, and you are limiting your potential by specing for a particular role. From what I've seen so far tank survivability is rarely an issue, compared to other components of an encounter.
Warriors can aoe tank just fine. Blizzard has made an effort to make all classes viable for all situations, by not taking advantage of this I think you are not doing yourself a favor. Having 1 tank doing the boss tanking and the rest doing the trash tanking does not make a lot of sense to me, and is probably not very fun for the other tanks. I think working together and share the load, wether it comes to trash or boss tanking is a better approach.
Pull - Heroic Throw --> Charge --> Demo Shout
From there
1) Keep SS on cd
2) Watch for SaB procs
3) Keep Devastate on cd
4) Watch for revenge procs
5) Keep Shield wall and Shield block on cd. Use LS when things get rough.
6) Refresh Demo shout every time it wears off
Thats pretty much it. Does it look alright, or what needs fixing?
Revenge should be prioritized over Devastate, which is more of a filler when nothing else is availible. And as Sparta said, you should be queueing up Heroic strike for every melee swing as long as you have the rage, which you usually will during boss fights. Also Shield Block is situationally a powerful tool that shouldn't be left out. Other than that you seem to have the jist of what's going on.

To the OP, you are missing some KEY Prot talents. This is the spec and glyphs I would use:
Prot Spec
Also I would start with marking the pack. Heroic Throw or shoot them to pull them back a bit, charge when they are in range. Start with a Thunderclap then Shockwave. Immediately Shield Slam your Skull target, then spam Cleaves. You should be set.

There are no KEY talents missing in that spec developed. For raid boss fights that spec should work quite well.
About the only thing I would change would be to trade out the Sunder Glyph for Shield Wall to go max survuvablity or Heroic Strike depending on how my rage was.
He's missing both Imp Thunderclap and Incite. Also he traded points in Impale and Cruelty for Puncture and Imp Demo Shout. I would definitely switch those.

Ok, so ive been thinking of what spec i want to go at 80, and i defiantly want to go prot. Ive done alot of research of how to tank as a warrior and ive realized that, although warriors are fully capible of tanking multiple mobs, it is easier to AoE tank as a pally or DK. So I decided it would be fun to be a raid boss tank. I realize that I will have to AoE tank when running 5 mans, but for raiding I want to be the tank for raid bosses while the pallys and dks do trash pulls.
i have to say, you're making way too many assumptions about what's gonna happen when you get into raids. pallys and DK's make excellent boss tanks, as do warriors and bears. good luck finding a tank that's happy with just tanking trash and letting you have all the bosses.
warriors do just fine with multi-mob tanking these days, and depending on the fight, even have some advantages over the classes you mentioned.
as far as spec, glyphs, etc, it completely depends on the content that you're doing. there is no one-size-fits-all spec for tanks. however, the one you posted is not viable, especially not for raiding.
no incite, no imp TC, wasted points in puncture, wasted points in spell reflect, imp charge is only a filler talent (although a good one) if you're going to pick up DW.
