Not sure if Armory is just not showing your talents correctly or what, but it shows you have 8 unused talents, but still have beast mastery? Which leads me to believe there is either an display error or it's from the 3.1 lost talent issues. Anyways, just wanted to point that out first.
I really have no idea how you are always top5 dps in raid 'boss' encounters with only 128 hit, that gear, and that spec. I would say you need to work on getting hit capped before stepping into end game raids. Most raid leaders won't take if they aren't anyways...
Overall, I think they are right for not taking you. You need to work on gearing up more and fix that spec.

There is no way you're top damage on a raid boss. With 800 DPS on trash, you should be kicked---because you'll pull less than that on bosses.
Don't lie. No one can help you with the wrong information. And raid/guild leaders can and should kick people for that sort of thing.
First, you're a leatherworker so make the Ice Striker's Cloak. Put a +22 agi enchant on it. It will last you until Naxx. And no, you're not ready for Naxx right now.
Get your rep up with Ebon Blade and Sons of Hodir ASAP. You can an upgrade to your melee weapon and PvE head/shoulder enchants. Get friendly with Ebon Blade and wear their tabard while you're doing heroics to get rep the easy way.
You need to get gear from heroics. PvP sucks for raiding---all those points spent on resil are completely worthless.
You need to put points into Focused Aim to get your hit up if you don't have at 6% for heroics or 8% for raids.
Always gem/enchant for hit until capped (263 hit = 8%) and then AP if you stay BM or agility for MM/SV.
I'd suggest going SV for heroics and raids. Stamina isn't a great stat for raiding, but you have a lot of it on your gear and some will be converted to AP---better than letting that itemization go to waste.
Never gem or enchant for haste, armor pen, or crit. These stats are all inferior to hit and agi/AP.
With your heroics badges, look at buying the necklace or Mirror of Truth. Do the heroic daily for extra badges.
If you don't have money, do dailies---the Sons of Hodir should be done every day since it's easy money and the only way to get rep with them.
Titanium Impact Band is a JC crafted item often on the auction house which can replace your PvP ring and will last until some of the better Naxx drops. Probably worthwhile, depending on server prices.

Are you talking about top5 for 10mans? That I can can accept, since generally it's not hard to out dps healers and tanks. :) We just have a hard time believing you can top5 in 25man raids because of your current spec and gear... being hitcapped and 10man/heroic gear I do all I can to get 4k dps, and I still don't top5 in 25mans. That's generally how it goes and I assume why no one can believe your comments about it. However, it's fine if you're not... it really doesn't matter to us what place on a meter you are. You came asking for help and that's what 'most' of us are here to do.
Just keep working on getting hit capped first, and change the spec to what Ricecakey suggested, or other variants found in the stickys.... and work on the rotation as well. Once you do the work to improve, you will find yourself getting into those raids. It just takes time and a little effort to get there, that's all.
